3 Bedroom House in Sedona

Our creek front home on Oak Creek, is situated on 4 acres in a secluded and unique “middle of town” location. This is the perfect place for families, a getaway with friends or a small family reunion.
The property has expansive lush grass to play on and roam around. There is a children’s play structure as well as a trampoline. A red rock path leads down to the creek to take a dip, skip stones, fish, or simply read a good book. Surround yourself in serenity from the deck that is built into the trees overlooking gorgeous Oak Creek. Enjoy the orchard filled with apple, peach, apricot, pear, plum, fig and cherry trees as well as blackberries and concord grapes. There is an outdoor BBQ and a stone fireplace- a must for enjoying a bottle of wine while the kids make s’mores. Often at dusk you will spot deer eating fruit that has dropped from the trees. You can walk or bike to the restaurants & shops of Tlaquepaque or Hillside, which is directly across 179 from the entrance to our neighborhood, and offers renowned shopping and is home to a collective of restaurants for all distinguishing tastes, fine art galleries offering a diverse portfolio of art, sculpture, pottery and jewelry alongside boutiques that more than satisfy with their collection of shoes, fashion and home décor. Bring or rent bikes to take advantage of Sedona’s breathtaking bike paths. From mid-March to mid- November you can watch a pair of nesting blackhawks that return every year to raise a new brood in one of our enormous Cottonwood trees.
The main house had 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with room for 7 and the detached guest house has a kitchenette, full
bath and queen size bed.
A queen size air mattress is available along with a pack ‘n play with mattress & high chair if needed.

Summary: Gorgeous property, it feels removed from everything but just minutes to Tlaquepaque and other Sedona town highlights. Well-stocked kitchen, we cooked nearly every meal. So much to do on site for the kids- playroom with lots of toys, trampoline, swingset, pond with frogs and fish. Hope to visit again!

Summary: This property is truly an oasis. We travel to Sedona for a wedding that was held nearby at the Creekside Inn. Although we hiked, biked, & played pickleball at Posse Park, we spent a lot of time relaxing in the gorgeous Creekside setting.We only cooked breakfast and found the kitchen well stocked with cooking and coffee making needs. I recommend adding a day or two to your stay because you will also hate to leave!

Summary: Our family had an amazing stay at John's property. It's truly an oasis - the grounds are amazing. We didn't want to leave. You could easily spend your entire vacation without leaving the grounds, but there is so much fun to be had in Sedona. The house was clean, comfortable and homey - truly the best kind of VRBO experience. We felt instantly at home. You can't go wrong with a stay here.

Summary: The pictures really don't do this place justice. It's an incredibly beautiful property. Our group's kids (2, 4, 5, 6) loved wandering around, following leaves as they float on the small river into the fountain, walking down the stairs to the stream, ambling over rocks and exploring. The house is beautiful, the interiors comfortable, some toys there for the kids. Beds are comfy, the kitchen is super well-stocked. So much light coming in too. We visited during spring break and even when there was a rainy/snowy day we had fun just hanging out at the property. We want to go back! Highly recommended!
